Jeff had a very diverse, inclusive, accepting and non-judgmental approach to not just me but other applicants (I observed this when he was showing the home, I was getting ready to move from his rental property) He was always a breath of fresh air to talk to. Jeff was the best landlord I’d ever had. He was quick with maintenance, and repairs that needed to be done. Even when I was having trouble due to Covid, he was patient and kind. I was sad I had to leave (due to financial issues), and when the time comes and I’m back on my feet I would love to rent from him again if he allows me!

Recently rented from Jeff for the past year and he’s been the best landlord we’ve ever had!!!!! When we moved in we got a welcoming move in gift and the house was spotless! He’s always there when there is ever an issue and is all around a really nice person! I would rent from Jeff a million times over!
We just moved from a very clean, beautiful, well kept townhome, owned by Jeff! We were there 6 years!! We only left because we needed to move for work and had to make some life changes. He really is a wonderful person and a great landlord. He always got back to me so quickly with solutions for any concerns.
He allowed me to make some changes to make our place feel ours.
He always asked about my family and he came to visit when our first child was born (gave us a gift too!)
I remember the day we met, he was super friendly and onced we moved in, there was a gift basket for us!
